Lighting Design for Gallery

Moss Interiors is a shop and gallery, based in rural Lancashire.

Solve was commissioned by the designer/proprietor to design the lighting scheme for the building.

The brief was to create a contemporary, minimal scheme, which would show off the artworks and furniture/crafts well, yet be completely flexible and simple to operate.

A selection of interchangeable handmade aluminium fittings has been used, allowing the lighting source to be changed from time to time, to suit the artworks and goods being displayed. The circuits are controlled by simple 'up and down' sliding dimmers.
